Historical data missing

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I was going back over my historical exercise data yesterday and have noticed that some are missing. I also checked other areas (like calorie intake) and those are missing as well for the same date range.

How can I fix this?

Hello my friend, @SunsetRunner! It is nice to have you here. Please provide me as much information as you can about the missing data. I also, have a few questions.

  • What is the date range?
  • When did you notice this?
  • What is the information that's missing?

Let me know, I'll be around! Cat Very Happy

Hi @SolangeE the data is now only exercise data, for one week in February. It is still on my desktop website dashboard. I only noticed this morning, I've logged out and logged back in and its still not showing

Hey there, @SunsetRunner! It is nice to see you. Heart Hmmmm...this is very weird. Do you remember if you recorded this information using your tracker, mobile track or did you logged this activity?

Are you checking this information on a computer or your mobile devices?

Please, keep an eye on it and let me know if it happens again.

I am also having this problem, I have a fitbit flex, ( going to upgrade next month)  but I noticed on my android app, I select Track exercise and have it set to Walk,  choose the GPS.  When I ma done, I see a nice map with all the stats then it disappears. It showed May 18, then the next day was May 29th,  worked for 3 days. the last entry showing was June 1st.  even though I have logged at least three times this week.  June 6-7-8

I am also having this problem.  I had not logged in for some time and today saw that all tracking from June 26th through July 10th is gone!  I wear my HR2 always, except for bathing and charging.  Reloading and restarting did not recover the missing data.  Very disappointed, was tracking for medical purposes.

Tracking on mobile device and laptop.  Blue tooth and continuous sync on.

Hey, @Terriann282@Pamela9@Pbretz1628Cat Tongue I'm sorry to hear that you are not able to see your previous data. Have you tried to restart your tracker and phone, and log out and in from the mobile App?

Let me know! Smiley Happy

Yes. I turned tracker off/on, reloaded app, logged in/out and logged on to the website via computer. Nothing changed. Still a 16 day hole in data.

I am still not able to recover my data. I upgraded and lost all of my historical data.  I need to retrieve this in order to get my points on health app.

Please let me know what I need to do
