The Fitbit interface, especially the sleep graph, is a disaster. The new version is confusing, outdated, and fails to track time or duration properly. It’s frustrating to see such a poorly designed graph that no one can read or interpret easily. Why isn’t Fitbit listening to its users? So many people are complaining….
The previous version was far more user-friendly. Who is approving these changes? It feels like you’re stuck in an antiquated design mindset. Please, hire a new designer or at least offer an option to bring back the old interface in a modern, refreshed style that prioritizes usability over complexity. I might consider a new system as Fitbit does not give me data in a format I need to track my data #fail #fail #fail

The answer to your question is in user Viber's message. (s)he says "The previous version was far more user-friendly." I.e. the current version of the UI, in particular the sleep stats, is not as good as the previous version.
Do you have any questions that are not answered in Viber's message?
