Best AnswerI'm having the same problem. I go out of my to make sure I get my steps in each hour - see it on my Charge 2 but when looking at the dashboard it shows I missed some hours. Argh!
It's seems to have started after one of the updates.

Best AnswerI have the same issue. I noticed that this can happen if I don't sync the app before the hour passes that hour may not be counted as active even though it is counted on the tracker.

Best AnswerHas there been any progress on fixing this issue yet? I thought it was fixed months ago, but I've just noticed in the last week or so that it seems worse!
Yesterday I got all 11 out of 11, but my phone is saying I only got 5. Precious days are also showing higher amounts of hours missed than what it used to do.
Surely this problem has had some real thought put in to it by now?

The issue was resolved back in July, but some users have continued to report it. We're currently looking into what is going on with the trackers that didn't get the issue resolved. If there are any updates, they will be posted to this thread.
