Ever since I got a new phone, my fitbit hardly ever syncs. Sometimes it would go a week without being able to sync. It is CONSTANTLY sending me notifications (that I can't swipe away? Which is incredibly annoying please fix I should be able to swipe the notification away) saying that I need to link my device with my app? I thought I already did this when I connected my device to my account? How do I do this?

You need to remove the old phone in the app. Then you can add the new one.
What model of phone is your new one?

@Grace_elkins, you may need to unpair the Fitbit from the old phone, under Bluetooth settings.
I don't see your particular phone in the compatibility list. There are some posts I found in search that may be helpful.
