How do I turn off cardio load notification tile?

A notification tile keeps popping up on the Today screen 1+ times an hour. The data is useless to me as I already display it graphically in the top section. I no longer even read it, just click the x. How do I turn it off?

I attempted to add a screen shot, that then flagged an error.

Until the app is updated to include the option to delete the Cardio Target Load notification, you can use the workaround that I described in my post that was selected as Best Answer. 

Also, please add your vote & comments to the feature request that I linked in the same post.
