My app recently updated to 4.25.1
I now have a fitness tracker that does not track my fitness. How have they allowed this to happen after all the issues we've had to put up with since the famous 'upgrade' last year?!
Since a few days ago, like many on the forums, it isn't recording my exercise and if I try to add it in manually, it saves it then it disappears sometime later. This happens even when I manually select 'workout' on my watch, I am not relying on auto tracking. It also does not record ANY walks, and I can't be bothered to keep adding those in.
I've been in touch with Fitbit Support, as usual they were very polite and tried to help but the upshot is, they are 'aware' of the issue and it will 'likely' be fixed at the next update. But they cannot tell me when. So I wait, with a useless app.
I never thought we could possibly end up with a worse app than the update last Sept/Oct, and yet here we are.
