How long does it take phone models to get added to the "paired devices list

I have a Sony z5 and it isn't on the list 😞 how long does it usually take to get models added to the list? My phone isn't *that* new anymore and I only bought my flex today & kinda wanted to use it!

Hello @Beki342,

 

Welcome to the community!

 

There's a fair chance that your phone works with the Fitbit.  The base requirement are a recent version of Android and bluetooth 4.0 (LE).  I would install the Fitbit App and see if it can pair your Flex.
