Hello,

First sorry for my english, i'm french so it's hard for me to write in english correctly, hope that i'm understandable.

Well I have get recently the fitbit charge 2 and I have an Asus zenfone 2 link with. The problem is that the notifications doesn't work with this model (Asus is not in the compatible list) BUT visibly, in the fitbit beta app, it's working. So I really want to get this beta app, not only for get the notification on my watch, but also because I like to be beta tester (I'm already beta tester on several other product like Windows 10, asus etc). So I want to know if I can, and if yes, how ? I don't have found anything about this, and even less for android.

Thanks in advance for your help, and sorry again for my bad english.

Cordially.

Ok thanks you for the answer ! By the way I have finally found on the app one little thing that I've forget to check for receive the notification ! 😉 Hope that one day we will have the choice of which notification we want receive (like not receive only the notifications from messenger, or from sms, but get the notification from messenger and skype for exemple).
But thanks for the information, I will stay informate to beta test the app in the futur !

Thanks you and have a nice day ! 🙂

Hi there @Huroy, Let me start by giving you a warm welcome to our Fitbit Community.

Indeed, we have beta tester programs, but are not available all the time. These programs become available when we released new features or is require to test specific changes on the app or our products. Usually we announced these updates through our social media or through our Community forums, so if you are interested to join as a beta tester stay tune for more updates.

Thank you for your interest and keep participating in our Fitbit Community. By the way your English is pretty cool. Robot wink
