Hello Anyone, is Huawei Mate 20 Pro really not compatible with Fitbit? When can it be sync to my Huawei Mate 20 Pro, else this FitBit Ionic watch or App is useless to me already.

At this moment we do not have any news of when we can expect the Mate 20 Pro to be added to the list. Maybe you post about it in our Feature Suggestions board.  That way other users could vote or comment on the idea to show their support. Be sure to read the FAQ to better understand how the board works. 

 

Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following these steps helps with the syncing.

 

If none of the above works, you could try to use a computer or another mobile device to try and sync your Fitbit to your account. Click here to get instructions on how to sync with other devices.
