I have had my HR fitbit for 2 weeks and no problems until last night. I have been trouble shooting and looking for solutions, but I have nothing.
1. My fitbit has been charged all night, but because it will not sync, it comes up as needing charged.
2. When I try to sync, the tracker is not found.
I have verified that it is charged fully when attached to the wall dongle, I have restarted and turned off and on my phone, I have turned off and on my Bluetooth and made sure I do not have too many items- the HR is not showing up for a search for devices. I have force stopped the app, reinstalled the app, I have checked for updates. I have been looking up the syncing forum and I can't find anything to help.
I am at work and I will need to go home to sync to my computer, I haven't checked that yet.

I would try restarting your phone and then restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

Give this a few tries as it doesn't always work. If it still won't sync after that then there are some more ideas to try in this help file:
