Regarding to your other inquiry, there are some factors that may affect the heart rate, such as temperature, humidity, stress level, personal physiology, location of wear, and type of movement, and others. Make sure your Fitbit device is snug on your wrist, meaning not too tight or loose. Also, to wear it higher on your wrist when you're doing exercise as described in this help article. If the green lights on the back aren't blinking, let me know.
About the food data, did this start to happen after updating the Fitbit app? If so, I'd recommend to log out from the Fitbit app, reboot your phone and log back in to your account. If the issue persists, please provide me with a screenshot of the data displayed. For instructions to attach a reply in your post, check this post.
