Hello there @Jr_, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! I'm wondering where are you seeing the incorrect pin message? Are you trying to pair your tracker with your Android phone?
If you are trying to pair your tracker, keep in mind all the process has to be done through the Fitbit app and not through your Bluetooth settings; otherwise you will have this error.
You can download the Fitbit app by visiting your Google play store.
