I've had my Charge 3 for a couple days now and it wouldn't sync my heart rate for half the day then it wouldn't sync my steps for the full day my Fitbit Charge3 said 9 of 14 hours but my app dashboard said 5 out 14 hours. Please fix asap

Thanks for sharing that situation with us.
It is possible that the Fitbit is not syncing at all and that's why the app's information is not up to date. I'd recommend that you always try to manually sync your Fitbit before checking your stats. You can do so by pulling down on the app as if you are trying for it to reload. That will force a sync and should update the details.
