I have a new Android phone and my Inspire 2 is not pairing with it via Bluetooth. Also, it is taking a long time for my settings to sync with my account. Thank you.

Hi @CeeGee249 what phone do you have and which operating system? Android minimum is 9 and iOS is 13 to work with the app.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @CeeGee249. I appreciate the information provided @Odyssey13.
Adding to what @Odyssey13 mentioned, please notice that you can't pair your Inspire 2 directly from the Bluetooth settings since you'll get an error message asking you to download an app to do that. Also, please let me know which settings are taking longer to sync.
Catch you later.

Well, when I click on sync now to update my steps and Target zone, the app
does not sync as fast as it did in the beginning.
