Inspire 2 not syncing to the app

my phone is not keeping track of my steps also I cannot access my clock faces to change the look of my fitbit watch

@Christina7103 Hi there. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

It seems that your tracker isn't syncing to your account as it's not transferring the steps, try this syncing troubleshooting. If your Inspire 2 was unpaired from your account, follow this procedure to set it up again. 

Once it's paired to your account again, follow these steps to change the clock face.
