I have Inspired HR and it haven't been a year and now it's not sync for my Motorola G7 Power. I have reset the device many times, try to reconnect to Bluetooth and try to get to sync using it Fitbit app but I always keep on asking if my Fitbit was on. Not only it's on but it's 100% power so what am I doing wrong?

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
