My phone updated on Friday at 2:30. My Fitbit last synced at 6:30. Since then, it now will not pair, although my phone sees the device. I've forced a stop on the app, restarted my phone, turned bluetooth on and off, and chatted with a useless customer service rep who told me my phone isn't compatible (although its worked fine for 3 weeks) and this is a known issue with Android Version 9, but there is no estimate for a solution. Anyone also experience this issue? Any luck resolving it? I'm super frustrated with both the equipment and lack of customer service.

If the above does not work, some people have tried installing an earlier 2.90 version of the Fitbit app with good results. Make sure you uninstall the current one, reboot the phone, install 2.90.
To find 2.90, just google "fitbit app 2.90 mirror" (without the quotes). This could help you temporarily until a new update of the fitbit app works for your phone.

Thank you! How's this for a weird turn of events? After all the troubleshooting I did yesterday with no results, I happened to check My Fitness Pal in the evening and noticed it had updated my steps. So, I checked the FitBit app and it had synced! Here's the weird part though...when I go into my Bluetooth connections on my phone, my Inspire HR isn't showing up at all. It's not paired and not even being recognized by my phone right now. Yet the app is showing the exact number of steps my watch is showing.
