Hi - I have the new Inspire HR which I have linked to my app. It can take up to 10 minutes to sync and even then it doesn't upload the full information. Mainly my HR details. I have synced this morning and and my HR information only goes up to Friday. It's pretty frustrating.

Thanks for letting me know about your Inspire HR, and I'm sorry that you're having this situation. Be sure that I'm here to help you. To investigate more about this situation, please let me know your phone's model and Android version. Also, make sure to have the Fitbit app updated to the 3.0 version, as well to turn off any other Bluetooth connections nearby.
