Inspire HR gets notifications for spam texts

My Fitbit is configured for Text notifications from the default Messages app on my Pixel: https://photos.app.goo.gl/YfMiCqRBev6CTdGu6

My Messages app is configured to not give notifications for Spam messages; however, even when I get a message that the app considers Spam (and doesn't notify me, and moves to the Spam folder), I still get a notification on my Fitbit.

Any way to prevent this?

Fitbit: Inspire HR with firmware 34.20001.88.11
Phone: Pixel 4 with Android 11 (RQ2A.210405.005)
Fitbit App: 3.27 (20243520)

@danglick Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thank you for the screenshot shared.

I appreciate the detailed information shared. I'd like you to confirm that you followed this procedure to report messages to spam. If you did, please remove your Inspire HR from your phone's Bluetooth, set it up as a new device and follow the instructions to set up everything again.

Hope this helps.

Thanks! That procedure is for manually reporting messages. In this case, the issue is with messages that the Messages app auto-detected as Spam, and moved to the Spam folder automatically.
