My inspire hr is completely refusing to connect to my Bluetooth on an OnePlus 7T in a normal fashion. To get it to connect, I have to toggle the Bluetooth on and off multiple times, along with toggling the sync option on the Fitbit app. Does anyone have suggestions on how to make this stop happening? I don't know if it's a device error or a user error.

@choudharysona24 Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community!
Let me help you with your Inspire HR not syncing with your phone and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Lets try refreshing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:
- Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
- Restart your phone and restart your device.
- Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
- Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
- You can find troubleshooting instructions here.
Let me know how it goes.
