Inspire won't show notifications from android phone

Ever since I changed my phone from IPhone to android, my Fitbit inspire won't show any notifications. I've deleted the app on my iphone. I've restarted my android phone, rebooted fitbit, logged out of app, deleted app, re-downloaded app, I've gone through all my phone settings but nothing works. Everything else is fine and syncs everyday with no problems. Any suggestions?

Hi there
I've tried all the steps but still comes up with error message "a phone
reboot is required to enable notifications" it doesn't matter how many
times I reboot the message remains. For reference I have a Xiaomi Redmi
note 12

@Missqui28 others have had problems getting notifications from Xiaomi devices in the past. This is an older thread, but I wonder if these steps might work for you.
