Hi all,
I got an email from fitbit that my account's email address has been changed to another email address. Someone has changed it without my consent!! Now I cannot login the app anymore.
Even after I created another account, I cannot pair with my sense as it mentioned that the devise has been locked! I opened a case for the hacked account but now I can’t even use my device!
Anyone can help me?!! Thanks so much!!!

try getting with customer support. They are the only ones who can help you. These forums are more for members helping members.

It has come to my attention that you were able to contact the Customer Support department for additional help with this. As far as I can tell, they are currently doing this appropriately to resolve your account issue. To prevent any information gaps, please maintain an open line of communication with them.
