Ionic not syncing with Sony XZ

Since the last update my Ionic struggles to sync with my Sony Xperia phone. Used to have no problems before the last update. Now the can never find the Ionic. Even if I restart Bluetooth or delete the Ionic and try to reinstall. Firstly this takes numerous attempts to to reset it then after one sync it again doesn't find it. Time shown ends up slow, ie over night it ends up running 20 minutes plus late meaning alarms are useless.

Getting ready to pack it in.

Thanks but after getting in touch with fitbit and exhausting all troubleshooting I have been offered a replacement. Which I have accepted. The Ionic is stuck in a factory reset and won't allow itself to be installed on any device. Hence the replacement.

Can't wait as currently using my old charge hr and am really missing my ionic
