Ionic Fitbit worked well for one week with new Samsung Note 9, then started dropping pairing mode. Changed clock face twice & it worked for a few days each time. Now won’t let me change clock face. Have uninstalled ionic & tried reinstalling. Won’t reinstall app. Help

1. It might help if you gave some information about not being able to change clock face. What happens? Do you get an error message?
2. You mention uninstalling thew Ionic, but then trying to reinstall the app. Are these 2 separate things, or you really mean the Ionic, or app, both places?
