I was looking to get the new Versa but I the Fitbit website says the app is not compatible with the Oneplus Two. Other users have managed to have full functionality from other Fitbit devices with the Oneplus Two. Will this be the same with the Versa?
Thanks

Hello @JackPorter, awesome to see you have joined the Fitbit Community! My apologies for the late response and is true this mobile phone is not listed among our Compatible devices.
However still hasn't been declare as not compatible either and the difference here, is that this phone has not being tested to guarantee all features are going to work as is expected. So, is prone some issues may occurred or some of the features of the app or the tracker doesn't behave as are intended.
At the moment, I do not have a timeline of when this device is going to be listed to share with you. If this helps, I have been using until the last year a non-compatible device with my personal trackers and I haven't experienced issues beyond some notifications were not received or the syncing sometimes were more difficult. But I always used a computer as an alternative when my phone refuses to sync with the tracker and the information will be available in my phone at the same time.
For more details please refer to our help article: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
See you later and let me know if you have other questions.

No, it is not compatible.
Just bought a Fitbit versa and felt completely stupid trying to connect it to my OnePlus 2.
On the box, when translating from french, it reads "Works with Android smartphones", which means it should work with OnePlus devices. Then it reads "More info at fitbit.com/devices", which I didn't think would be necessary as the first information reassured me it would work.
I am extremely let down right now, as this was not a cheap device. I hope the store will give me a full refund on this purchase, but I don't have high hopes.

Just so as to not mislead people reading who own a OnePlus Two, this device is completely incompatible. You won't be able to install the device using your Fitbit app, period. Providing you install it using another method, you still won't be able to use your phone to download clock faces, apps, music, etc.

And is fitbit working in making it compatible or is dead already? I was gifted with the versa and the only answer im getting is 'use another device'

I confirm, absolutely. I was gifted too, today. Spent half of this christmas to make this device working but with no success. I find absolutely unfair for Fitbit to declare the device is "Android compatible" when the truth is that only selected devices (running android) are.
