Is possible to set dark mode in the Fitbit app?

Hi just joined and would like to ask a question about the Fitbit App. 

Just wondering if the app can be placed into dark mode on my android device and if it can not is there going to be an update to enable this in the future?

If you put your Android phone into development mode and go to your settings and then development options, you should see four stark mode for all apps. That's how you get the Fitbit app to be dark.

Hi @Palian - dark mode has been a long standing request that has not been implemented.

Putting your phone in development mode just for that may not be a desirable choice as there are other implications.

As you may already know, this capability is not included in the Fitbit app. However, comments like yours are always welcome to help us better understand what our users would like to see in future updates.

I took the liberty of checking if there is a Product Feedback post already shared in the community and I found this one, which is asking for the exact same feature. I advise you to support this product feedback idea by adding your vote.

Out of curiosity, you know... asking for a friend... kindly name one suggestion that once closed as not currently planned was then implemented. Thanks.

Also, one more thing @EstuardoFitbit: your suggestion to vote and comment on that (not currently planned) feature request is partially incorrect as, while it is possible to vote for it, it is not possible to comment it because Fitbit automatically lock for comments all features that are tagged as currently not planned.

Can you please make an example of a previously CURRENTLY NOT PLANNED feature request that was subsequently implemented due to the users many votes and comments? Thanks

Thanks for your "reply" @EstuardoFitbit . My understanding is "no feature suggestion closed as not CURRENTLY planned was then implemented. 

The suggestion to keep voting for those features is therefore useless. I would be happy to be corrected in the future as it would mean that Fitbit started to listen its customers.
