Hi, my parents live in Slovenia and are having issues getting the fitbit app. t is stating it is unavailable on their android. IS there a way round this or is it just not available?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Let me share with you that your parents should be able to use the Fitbit app in Slovenia without any problem, therefore, can you please let me know if they receive an error message while trying to install the Fitbit app? Which mobile devices are they using? If possible, please send me a screenshot of what they experience at the moment they try to download the app.
