Issues with notifications, exercise and food logs

I bought the charge 4 after having this very same issue with charge 3. I've never recieved message notifications on the charge 4 nor phone calls, my exercise calander loses days I've exercised randomly same as logging food. App is up to date, I've logged out of app and deleted. Issue still persists. At this point I'm just wearing a glorified step counter. It may now be time to move to another smart watch. 

Anyone else have these issues?

Our team is aware of this issue, but may not be able to provide a fix in the immediate future. We'll continue to monitor the situation, and keep our team informed of the impact to you and other customers. We understand that this isn't the resolution you're hoping for, but rest assured we're always working to improve our products. In the meantime, you should be able to see all your exercises if you scroll all the way down and then back up to refresh the exercise calendar.

Regarding the issue with your food logs, our team has been informed and the issue has been escalated. Once any update be available it should be communicated in this thread as soon as possible.
