My husband and I got new LG G6 phones yesterday. Today I could not sync my Flex 2 and contact Fitbit Customer Service. They advised the LG G6 is not supported. My husband and I both use Fitbit trackers and would really love it if this device was supported. Thank you!

Hi Erick, what is the status? I was very disappointed to read that LG G6 is still not accepted for fitbit. I managed to use it on old samsung phone and cheap Medion Aldi phone. I hope to get an answer soon, where I want to buy different brand if this will not be fixed soon where I use it through my phone.
Kind regards,
Steina.

Hello, I have bought the FitBit Blaze recently and it is very unstable on my Lg G6 phone. The Syncing in particular. Can I upgrade the software of the blaze of anything to get this solved?

Hi PNPD There is a solution,
Powerdown your fitbit, go to the store you purchased it from, and exchange for another device.
I hope this solves your problem 🙂

It worked on my LG G6. I tried many other devices and had trouble with them all until I saw on the community centre to reset the fitbit and now it works on my LG G6 phone smoothly. Here is the reset instruction and takes few seconds and the watch kept 2 weeks of my data:
Plug the charging cable to your computer or UL certified wall adapter.
Align the contacts of the tracker with the charging cable and plug it in making sure it snaps securely.
Your tracker should start charging.
Press the button for 10 to 12 seconds.
You should see your tracker's firmware version and you can now unplug your tracker.

Yes it works perfectly on my LG G6 and I just followed the step to reset fitbit. Try that and check if it works.

Hi Nele, I have Charge 2 and LG G6 phone and it works. It worked when I restarted Fitbit Charge 2 in my computer.

Hi @nele1.
A number of people reported that it works for them. However fitbit says that it's not a compatible device, therefore it doesn't guarantee that it will work at all.
Make your own decision

Hi - can you tell me what you did to get the fitbit working with your LG G6 - I just seem to be going round in circles? Thanks
