I was recently given a fit bit charge. It is used. We have tried multiple times to sync it to my LG Stylo 2 but have not had any luck. Does it connect to an LG Stylo?

A warm welcome to the Community @KaylaH2k17. Our team is hard working in testing the compatibility of several phones, your patience will be appreciated while they work in adding more devices. In the meantime, keep in mind that you can always sync your tracker with a computer or compatible phone, also you can keep an eye on our list of compatible mobile devices for any update.

Unfortunately that phone is not showing on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices so you may not be able to get this to work.

Hopefully someone with that phone will be able to confirm either way.

Today I got my fitbit blaze as a birthday present. I was so excited because I had done reaearch before and knew I could use it like a smart watch. I have a LG Stylo 2 and after none of the third party notifications came through I looked up how to fix it and found out my phone wasn't compatible. When will more phones be compatible??

I just read a question from 2015 that had the same trouble getting the app on the LG stylo phone.  The same answer from Fitbit:  We are working on compatibility with more phones.  Evidently after 2 years, you still haven't been able to do it.

I just bought my fitbit charger2 and I found our last night it will not work with my phone. Which is also a LG Stylo2. I hope it's soon to use my phone with it.

I have the LG Stylo 2 and it's not on the list, but my Fitbit flex 2( I got on Christmas 2017) did work untill the last update for the Fitbit app on 1/16. It's such a pain to get it to synch now it's awful.

Same issue here. Mine has worked for over a year and suddenly, stopped working. I unlinked and reconnected them last night, but again this morning, unable to sync. Not sure if it's the phone, the app, or the tracker, but it's very frustrating!

Same here. My Alta has always synched with the Fitbit app on my LG Stylo 2 -- until a few days ago. Nothing I've tried so far has worked, including turning Bluetooth on and off, restarting the phone, and even uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

I just purchased a LG Stylo 2. My Fitbit Alta will pair up and sync but the notifications will not work. Fitbit customer service told me they are working on fixing this issue.

I had a Surge that worked perfectly well synced to my LG Stylo 2, though I occasionally had to manually resync.. Also previously had a Charge HR and Charge 2 working on the same phone.

Surge got water damage in the rain and I replaced it with a Blaze, that will only sync with my phone to pair devices, but not after that. No notifications, no activity tracking info, nothing. Essentially becomes a really expensive Timex.

Got a replacement Surge and it updated to the new firmware upon pairing it to my phone. Now, its acting the same as the Blaze. No connection after the first time.

Apparently FitBit doesn't care much about compatibility for the wide range of Android devices out there. Looking over the list of compatible phones, tablets, etc seems pretty thin. There is little to no customer support. And I love how this topic has been "solved" without actually being solved.

I am trying to find a way to "downdate" my fitbit to the older firmware version that had previously worked.

I stopped wearing mine and then about a month or more later, when I recharged it I was able to synch it. I have no idea what changed; the Stylo is still not on the list of compatible devices.

Hi!

So this was a solid year ago, and I've been hoping the Stylo 2 would be added. I recently purchased the Ionic, which is amazing, and I don't get full sync perks. I can sync my runs, and get internet notifications (which is great for not being on the list) but nothing comes in from my text messages. Is there work being done on this interface? It shouldn't be too hard to add the remaining connect features, can it?

I knew they're working on phone compatability, but is somebody actually working on this phone? I don't get text notifications, and I keep holding out for a minor update.
