I was recently given a fit bit charge. It is used. We have tried multiple times to sync it to my LG Stylo 2 but have not had any luck. Does it connect to an LG Stylo?

How is this solved. My wife has just wasted her hard earned money on a piece of unsupported crap.
What you suggest is rubbish, I will get my wife something different and we will avoid your products completely and share our story.

I have a Charge 2, and an LG Stylo 2 V (Verizon) - VS835 . Started using in August 2017, and worked great up until just a few months ago. It still does sync but it is hard now to get it to sync, often needing a re start of the phone just before trying to sync, but it seems to be getting worse.

I found this in another part of the forum and it seems to have worked for me. Charge 2 and LG Stylo 2.
I never realized there was a way to restart the device itself before this.

I have this phone (stylo 2 V (for Verizon) and, it had previously worked but become more hesitant to sync. Try this link, I found that a moderator posted - it seems to have fixed the issue for me. I think the main part for me was likely restarting the Fitbit itself which I previously didn't know about.
