Why is synchronization always so bad? I have had the fitbit for years now but the poor synchronization is a source of frustration. I have already uninstalled, reinstalled the app dozens of times. I have disconnected and reconnected charge2 more than I can list. It also only gets worse with time. Is it a bug to force met to buy a newer version? AND is the synchronization better there? Or am I doing something wrong?

I've followed all the instructions recommended for syncing issues with iPhone. Switch bluetooth on/off; disconnect Charge2 and reconnect to Bluetooth; switch iPhone on/off; and lastly reset Charge2 in charging cradle. I've also done the same with my iPad, where I also have the App downloaded.
Nothing has worked - my iPhone now can't find my FitBit in Bluetooth.
What are the next steps? Contact customer services?

Just tried this, so far it seems to have helped. I also have an LG Stylo 2 which some have had trouble with and is not on the list of compatible devices (although that list seems shockingly small). In my case it was syncing some information but not all- I could not get the heart rate to display on the phone as it did in the past. If it's ok I'm going to share your advice on another part of the forum where people were having the same issue.
Thanks!
