  • Error Message on the Fitbit App

Remeber, if you're experiencing issues, please try the troubleshoots in the main thread.

Of course, this is completely voluntary. We appreciate the time you've taken to provide us with any/all information provided. :smileyhappy:

UPDATE 7/31/2015: Hi Everyone!

Our Engineering Team is continuing to look into the syncing, setup, and call/text notifications issues some of our users have reported on their Android devices. I would greatly appreciate your help in capturing information about the issue you are experiencing by filling out a short survey. The information captured in this survey will be shared directly with our engineers so they may have a better understanding of what you are experiencing, on specific devices, and specific operating system versions.

I want to thank everyone who will take time to fill out this survey as the data may help to better your experience!

@k9luver I do see the LG G Pad on this list of supported devices. I also recommend checking it out to see if any other devices you own are listed.

@mar915 It may sync but you may experience issues with setting up features like call/text/calendar notifications. I recommend doing as @Rich_Laue mentioned and check what others are saying in the community. It isn't guaranteed that the features will fully function until listed here as supported.

@Pepper901 The LG G3 is listed as a supported device. Let's troubleshoot this by starting with the steps here. Did that help get you back on track? Keep me posted.

LG Stylo 2

6.0.1

latest app

I realized after getting the phone that it isn't an approved device.  However, some good news:

-->It now will sync my steps, etc. nearly every time I open the app on my phone!  Even does it automatically--sometimes.

-->It will also cause phone notifications!

Now, if I can just get text notifications, I'd be in business.

Like the phone with each step of progress.

I have an LG V20, why are there no newer LG phones on the list of cambatible devices for fitbit? What are you doing to change that?

I have a Sprint model LG G7, thin Q.

The fitbit app works on my phone and does not seem to be a problem saving anything.

I am currently on Oreo 8.0

They said I changed a lot. I said a lot changed me.
