Using version 3.1 (20213410)

Lap times are duplicated 2 to 3 times when viewing exercises with cues in the app. Does not affect calories or overall time.

Hi @SunsetRunner, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for my delayed response.

Thanks for sharing details of the Fitbit app. This sounds strange, but let's work on this together. To investigate, please let me know your phone's model and Android version. Also, please take a screenshot of the Fitbit app and attach it in your reply.

Since the Fitbit app is updated, I'd recommend to try the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. On your phone's settings, tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
  3. Then, go back to the previous screen, tap on "Force Stop" and reboot your phone.
  4. Log back into the Fitbit app and check your exercise details.

Keep me posted.

I'm using an LG V30 running Android 8.0.0. What screen in the app do you want me to take a screenshot of?

I followed your steps and the splits are still showing up 4+ times and it seems to keep duplicating laps every time I go in and out of an exercise's details, except one "Walk" exercise that only had 1 lap + GPS data. On the website dashboard, the 1 lap working exercise is the only one showing splits at all, so it seems like laps that aren't stored in your database are cached over and over when viewing them in the app. Here's an older thread I found with the same issue: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Charge-3/Exercise-lap-duration-cues-duplicated/td-p/3302754

Today my sleep showed up as 6:55 in the list, but 13:50 in the "Hours Slept" graph, logging out and restarting didn't fix it, but changing my sleep time by 1 minute did.
