Hey everyone,
With a recent update I have found that when I complete a run (Started and stopped manually on my watch which is a Versa 2), it will show the exact time the run took on my watch during the exercise summary. Say for example, 19m:54s.
However, when I then view this in the fitbit app, this will then only show "19m". Completing a 3km run in 19:01 vs 19:54 obviously has a fairly big difference in progress for goal setting etc.
When I view the exercise summary in the FitBit dashboard through web browser, this then shows the complete time of 19m:54s.
Is there any way to get the FitBit app to show this correctly?

As you noted, the seconds doesn't show in the updated Fitbit app for a completed workout. We've notified the Fitbit team about this issue. Hopefully, the ability to see the seconds portion of your workout time will return soon in a future app update.
In the meantime, there's a feature request in the Product Feedback forum: Allow exercise duration to display minutes and seconds (<-- click link). You might want to add your vote and comment to this feature request.

Hi @Natochem
I agree with you. Although this seems like an easy fix that can be done with an app update, we'll have to be patient for now and use the workarounds.
