Live heartrate not showing in app

I updated the firmware on my Charge 3 last night. Since then the app on my phone has not shown live updates for steps or heartrate which it had been doing prior to the update. I had many other issues with the firmware update that have since fixed themselves as a result of the things I did (see below).

 

I have unpaired all bluetooth devices from phone, restarted phone and tracker, force stopped the app, logged out and back in, and restarted tracker with USB multiple times. I'd put this under the app forum but the app updated two days before the firmware update for the tracker and everything worked perfectly during those two days. The only change is the firmware update.

It's nice to see you around the Community Forums @Zekethegeek! Thanks for already troubleshooting this inconvenience with your live heart rate, nice way to go!

 

You can see live heart rate data by making sure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device. Since you're using the Android app, you'll only see heart rate data if you have call, text, or calendar notifications enabled.
