@SunsetRunner, I was able to add food to yesterday's as well as two days ago by using the "Select" option to select the date on the Food Log window. When you click on Select, it will bring up a calendar in which you can select the date. The date should then should show on both the Food Log and the Food Plan windows. Food logged will then be logged for that date.

Sorry, @SunsetRunner, I read your question as to how to log the previous day's food.
Best AnswerHi @SunsetRunner, in the phone app open the food log, scroll down to the desired day and select it, then select the plus symbol and the 123 option should show. Select that and then enter the number of calories you want to add, then press done. That should do it.

Best AnswerThank you for your suggestion. However, I have already tried that but the calories are added to today's date. I have been on Live Chat but after an extremely long chat no answer was found! Surely a flaw in the app

I did it on mine to check before I posted an it worked on mine. I'm using an old Sony phone with android 5 and app. 3.3.1. Sorry I couldn't help.
