Logging water on versa 2 shows incorrect amounts in app

Anytime i log water directly from my versa 2 to my Samsung s9 it logs incorrect numbers.  For example if I type 16 oz on the watch the app will show .54 logged. Or  30 oz will register 1.01 oz

Same here..just got one for me and my wife. Android and iPhone, both doing the same thing for the two Versa 2's we have. Hope they fix the bug soon.

I’m having the same issue. I’ve had 54fl oz of water I thought I logged directly on my versa 2 and it only recorded 1.8 fl oz. I even tried adding 50.0 just to see if it would take it with the decimal but it still only bumped my total up 2 fl oz. I had to go in and manually add it in the app. Then it reported the right number on my Fitbit. I’d love to use the feature but can’t with these issues. Hopefully fixed soon.

Same here on Galaxy Note 8, also among those who are not receiving text notifications.

Same for me - I will log 32 fl oz of water on the watch and then as soon as I hit the check mark it will only up my daily total by ~ 0.4 fl oz. This incorrect amount is also pushed to the app on my iPhone.

Same issue for me as well. Anyone get ahold of customer service to see if it's being worked on?

I am having the same problem! Just got the watch for Christmas and have to manually put my water intake on my app not my watch.

Same here. Just got a Versa 2 and it's synced to a Samsung S10. Logged 24 oz on Versa and it shows as .81 oz in the app. Very disappointed.

280 oz on the watch gave me 9.5 oz

I have the Versa Lite SE and Samsung Galaxy S8 and same thing is happening.  I have not contacted CS as it seems forever to get a response on the other issues/ questions I had.

I'm having the same issue while using Iphone 10.  The problem is that the versa 2 shows fl oz when logging water intake but is logging our inputs as mL not fl oz when sending to the phone.  If you look at the input on the app you can switch from fl oz to mL.  You will find that the logged amount then matches the inputted amount.

I don't know how to fix it, yet.

Just got my Versa 2 yesterday and noticed the water logging is messed up. 28oz showed up as .9oz. Recorded my weight at 164.4 and it showed up as 320lbs! 🤦🏻‍:female_sign: Not impressed. I loved the idea of logging in my watch and doesn’t seem to be working.

Me too, I even went into my account on line and re-saved/ specified that I wanted my logged fluid amount to be FL OZ. This still did not fix the issue. I'm just glad that I consistently drink from the same size bottle so I know what my amounts are supposed to be.

I’ve been logging in my watch with this conversion system
For 8floz = approximately 250 mL
For 16floz = approximately 500 mL

It’s a little off but for simplicity it works. 500 mL is really 16.9 flow but if I’m off a few ounces by the end of the day I’m okay.

Yes, received my Versa 2 for Christmas and logging water from watch shows incorrect amount of oz.

Kind of a bummer......everything else is working on the watch.
