Please don’t lose your will, @Jorain! Here are a couple suggestions to make sure you’re getting credit for your steps:
- If you are on your feet all day but your hands are not moving much ... and if steps, not heart rate are your main concern ... consider putting your Fitbit in a side pocket. That helps me when I am pushing a shopping cart or doing other similar activities.
- Check your stride. Fitbit calculates it automatically but you can put in a manual override. I’ve done that because I’m very short and my stride is likewise. Tap here for instructions.
