Lost all steps

I walked several miles today and all of the dots were filled on my flex. When I tried to sync the dots disappeared and there was only one. Happened yesterday, too. No steps recorded. What is going on?

It's nice to see you around more often @FranceAVG6Smiley HappyMmmmhhh this is pretty unusual...why don't you try restarting your tracker by following the steps provided in this thread. Then try syncing your tracker with your mobile device one more time to see if the steps are corrected.

I have reset, cleaned, recharged and it worked great for about a week. Then yesterday and today, it again tracked my steps, then went back to one DOT and when I sync it has NOTHING!! THIS IS SOO FRUSTRATING! What is going on?

Hey there @FranceAVG6 thanks for the update my friend! Smiley HappyThis is pretty weird my best advise here would be to contact our Customer Support team and let them know about this so they can provide you with a good solution for this.
