To better assist you with your concern, can you please let me know if the information that was unfortunately lost was from your account or the Fitbit device itself? Which Fitbit are you using? Does the update affected only that information or your sleep records too? Please provide as many details you can so we can move forward with this.

I lost at least 55 miles, well over 100,000 steps and nearly 1,000 active minutes. I know because I had been working/walking my butt off and had hit 144,000 plus minutes...or 100 full days plus of active minutes, and distinctly remember being at 6,509 miles with clearly more than 15,500,000 steps

I just started Fitbit on January 22nd, adding my monthly steps up from then until now I'm missing over a hundred thirty thousand steps from my total... I would assume I'm missing a lot of the miles and active minutes as well
