When logged in my account is empty and appears as if I've created today, no device is linked and all my previous activities are lost. I'm using an Android phone, I tried a couple of time to uninstall and reinstall the app with no luck, also restart my phone but nothing worked.

That usually means you are logging with the wrong email.
Try looking at the fitbit.com dashboard.
