I got my wife a luxe for Christmas, she had a charge 2 before and had no issues, however she is unable to connect the luxe to her P20 pro, she has tried all the suggested fixes, but still does not connect via Bluetooth, any other suggestions before she gets a different device?

Hello @Andyuk62 and welcome to the Community forum. There is a definite Bluetooth issue with the P20 Lite that makes it incompatible with the Fitbit app. There are additional links in my link -- just to make sure your suggested fixes include all of Fitbit's suggested fixes. Posts from other users mention notification problems with the P20 Pro, but not connection problems. I don't have an answer for you, because I am an iPhone user. But I am moving your post to the Android forum, because I think it is a better fit for your issue. Maybe a fellow Android user has an answer for you.
