Since latest update when I enter my weight it will not accept stones. From setting changed to kg that works. Set back to stones only option to input is pounds when entering new weight. Same on both android devices i use tried logging out and in, reset all devices too no change

@johndb123 and others. I just read an announcement that said this will be fixed with v 4.35 and that all users should get this by 28 Jan.

This morning, on weigh day(!), I noticed an issue with the Sense 2 weight tab in the app. I went to input today's weight, and was surprised to see that the format had changed. I can only input my weight in lbs (pounds) now, whereas I usually put in stones and pounds. To be clear, my settings preference IS set to stones (you can choose from stones, kg and lbs). It's a lot of hassle to convert my weight to lbs on Google, but furthermore the information is incorrect when I put it into the Fitbit app. I converted the weight to lbs, put it into Fitbit, and it then showed the wrong weight in stones on my main page anyway! I'm 11 stone, which is 155lbs. It stated 11 stone 1lbs, so I put in 154lbs, then it converted it into 10 stone 14lbs... There is no 10 stone 14lbs... It's 11 stone! So whatever update has been done has really messed it all up. I have restarted my apps (forced stop etc), and restarted my watch too. Is anyone else having the same problem? Can someone please fix it at Fitbit HQ? Thanks.

Hi LZeeW!
Thanks for replying. It's an Android. Can bugs be fixed or is it a case of waiting for the next update?
Thanks!

@Alibanbino I merged your post with an existing thread with the same issue. I will report this as a new bug. It will take an app update to fix it.

Hi, I have an inspire 3... just linked my fitbit app to my Google account as it kept asking me to do so.... since linking, when I try to log my weight the units are in pounds..... in my settings it is set as stones, and it always has been.... I have done all the usual, logged off, Restarted, synced etc...
So in settings it is in stones, but when logging its in pounds, abd won't allow to change...
Also, since linking account, my aria air scales won't connect either.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Hello @Kerrfuffle and we welcome to the Community. There is a new bug in the Android app causing this issue. It was reported to Fitbit. There are other posts in the Android forum. I use an iPhone, can change my units to stone, and can log my weight.
I can't help you with your scale issue. I have a Google account and an Aria Air scale, but it syncs just fine.

I have the same issue trying to log weight via the aria air scales, it brings up the New-format box with lb option only and the value field is blank so I have to manually enter anyway, which makes the scales useless as smart scales.

Really annoying, weight myself in stones & pounds, manually covert it into the American pound only measurement then key that in whilst remembering body fat index. This is the problem with US goods, they are only tested for the US and only then on Apple devices.

Me too. Android phone seems to have switched to American weight descriptions. As said the settings are set to stone's but can only input lbs. Had several fitbits over years, it's amazing how the app writers test your patience with the most annoying changes

Morning.. I've just done my weekly weigh in and clearly there's been an update.. my aria syncs to my app but the weight doesn't show on the app to save.. it says enter manually but it's in pounds when I weigh in stone/lb.. I have checked settings and it's in stones etc but why do Fitbit ruin things constantly.. I'm on a huge weight loss journey and this has completely ruined it for me as I can't even enter it manually as I want it to be stones/lbs! I think this will be the final thing for me to change from Fitbit now.. I hate the new look and this is just the final straw.. how can I even manually log it when it won't work! Absolutely ruined my week as just stepped into another goal area too and would like it logged!

I weigh myself once a week. Last feel I was able to weigh myself. The scales registered my weight and updates the Fitbit app. All in stone, pounds and ounces.
Today a complete nightmare. First I the scales are not connecting to my app. I try to manually enter my weight but or no not in stone, pounds and ounces. No I have to convert these myself or the app won't accept them
Sort it out Fitbit (Google) or I will have to funds a provider that can accommodate.
