Since latest update when I enter my weight it will not accept stones. From setting changed to kg that works. Set back to stones only option to input is pounds when entering new weight. Same on both android devices i use tried logging out and in, reset all devices too no change

Best AnswerThere's recently been a change to the app and now I can no longer add my weight.
My default settings are stone, but when you open the interface to manually add a value it only allows lb and can't be changed.
My aria (set to stones) will no longer send my weight. The box pops up but the values don't populate.
I don't want to use lbs I want to use stone. This is very annoying.
Best AnswerHello @Aereyelle and welcome to the Community. This is a new bug in the Android app. Fitbit is aware, but there is no timeframe for a fix. It only affects users who weigh in stone.

I am on Google and have the same issue.
Best AnswerI hope they do.
Best AnswerI had the same problem, however I've found where the information is in the app. Go to the weight section. Press the 3 dots on top right side. Then press manage your data. This takes you to another screen. Within that screen there is a turquoise sign that says review your data, press that and it is all there. However, if it ain't broke don't fix it Fitbit!
Getting the same and the sync automatically seems to have stopped working to - I've tried clearing the cache and uninstalling the app but no luck - thanks to the reply above tho I've found the manual way to enter it

Thank you so much for this.. so helpful and I can add weight that way and correctly.. still not a great fix as scales don't work with it but least I can enter it manually with stones and lbs thank you xo

Thank you for replying.. it's so frustrating! I've tried everything myself as well and the above reply helped me somewhat with being able to manually enter it with stones and lbs it defeats the object of me having the scales really.. it's just a blank space and that's all.. hopefully this will get fixed but unsure how anyone from Fitbit will see it to fix it xx
Best AnswerI have always had my weight in Stones, but now when entering since the update it demands it in lbs when doing a manual entry, so have put in that way but then when calculating it to stones (for the main record) it is inaccurate and some pounds out. I have cleared my history (annoyingly) but that did not help. Checked date, time location correct. Have turned off and on, have logged in an out of the app but nothing is fixing this. See others on the net having same issue.
