Manual weight entry not accepting stones

Since latest update when I enter my weight it will not accept stones. From setting changed to kg that works. Set back to stones only option to input is pounds when entering new weight. Same on both android devices i use tried logging out and in, reset all devices too no change

Same exceedingly annoying.  Even worse it means the fitbit scales can't populate the field either!  It opens up the new entry form but as the receiver data must also be in stones and pounds it isn't allowed to fill it in.

It feels like every update to the app makes it worse and worse

Still on Fitbit app, don't want to move to the Google one. Been wonderin if they are trying to force us over!

I contacted chat help as can no longer sync weight from fitbit scales even if I align the weight to lbs same as entry screen.  Apparently the tile is removed to "no longer possible".

Does anyone know how to make sure Fitbit/Google see this thread to be able to fix it?

I have the same issue on android phone. Doesn't matter what settings you change it too only let's you enter in lbs. As I don't want to forget ive added my stone weight in lbs! I've lost a lot of weight!! Lol! I've done the update, but no change! When will it be fixed?!

Really gave me a don't care response but if enough people log issues just maybe be fixed

I went through the Fitbit Aria scales route to log it as thats not work AT ALL now

I have logged it on the live chat now too! Hopefully if enough people pester them they'll fix it as you say 🙂

This surely should tell them they need to fix the issue.

I can now longer enter my weight in stones, it has to be pounds and it then coverts to stones. Does anyone know why, it is now taking me so long to record my weight as I have to convert the stones to pounds to enter in, so frustrating. Thanks

Android phone:

If you hold down your app icon for fitbit, click add weight, it lets you add it in stone and lbs.

Still unable to do this from within the app though

Yes. That works. If you do the calc and enter in pounds in the app though,
it screws up the conversion.

Hello @Jackieja and welcome to the Community.  There is a bug in the Android app and Fitbit seems to be aware of it.

My Versa 4 always used to log and display weight in stones and pounds. All of a sudden, I can only manually log weight in pounds, although it still displays in stones and pounds. I can't find any way to change this as settings only give kilos, stones or pounds and my setting is stones. Any ideas?
