Map course not syncing correctly with Samsung S7 Edge Android App

Hi all.

I went for my run today, Started the run function on my phone and checked it when I finished. It is showing the correct area, but the run is completely made up. I dont understand how the tracking can show a diiferent route. (A way shorter one) This has happened the last few days. Prior to this it has been correct. It is very annoying as I bought this fitbit to do what it said it would do. Can anyone explain why now it has a mind of its own? Cheers.

Hi there. I have 2.43. Followed the instructions and cleared cache and data but no cigar. There seems to be no instructions on how to update the firmware. Cheers K
