I'm using the Android app v.2.83 with an Ionic. I need to screenshot exercises I track with the Ionic's GPS for a bonus scheme at work. However, when I open the exercise in the FitBit app, it shows the blue header, and a red line showing the route I took, but the background is either plain grey, or the map flickers on and off like a disco ball. Is this a known issue, and if so, is there a fix?

@Ayak, I don't know if it is a known issue, but I have never experienced it. This would appear to be a memory problem with your phone. Have you tried shutting the phone off, and restarting it then opening the Fitbit app to view the exercise activity? If you are still having issues with it, try viewing the exercise activity with the Fitbit.com Dashboard, which will also display the map and allow you to capture/print the screen.

Thanks for the tip! My phone restarted due to an update before I saw your reply, and the map is displaying fine now. Might have been the restart, might have been some optimization in the update, but I'll keep your suggestion about a memory issue in mind if it happens again.
