Messages don't appear on challenges's chats

For about 2 hours I can't write on chat. I write, I press send and the message does not appear. I can not cheer.

You, Fitbit, forced me to switch to this new interface. Now I can not start challenges despite the fact that I have Samsung S10e with Android 9, but from a Samsung S7 I can. What is the logic behind that?

Regarding the issue you're experiencing with your app, I would like you to log out from your app and force quit it. If you're still having this issue, please provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing in your Challenge.

@SilviaFitbit The issue not being able to write on challege's chat or cheer posts and comments is solved. Now I can do that.

The other issue not being able to start challenges is present. I installed Fitbit app on a Samsung S7, used my account and I still can start one. I used a Samsung S7 because I saw that from it I can start challenges when using my daughter's phone (same model same OS).

This is what I see, too, @AlexndraS with Android 9, Samsung Galaxy S8 phone and app version 3.7

 

@SilviaFitbit  it won't let me begin a challenge, although if invited, I can join.
