I have a Samsung Note 10 running Android version 10 and when I try to play the Fitbit mindfulness videos in, the videos stops when my phone goes to sleep or if I turn off my screen.

 

I have made sure that the app has permission to run in the background. I think that this functionality worked before the last update. Anybody else having this issue or have any ideas for a fix?

Let me share with you that the Fitbit  Mindfulness videos can only be played when the screen of your Samsung Galaxy Note 10 is on, this is the reason why the session is interrupted when your mobile device goes to sleep mode. 

 

Because we are always striving to improve the Fitbit experience with our products and services, I recommend you to participate in this feature suggestion: Play mindfulness sessions and sleep stories with the screen turned off and offline.with your comments and a vote.
